Yes, we offer a free service how ever there must be a minimum of 10 items such as laptops, pc, servers ect. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We even offer rebates on the newer stuff
We have 13 years experience ensuring hard drive data is securely destroyed, we mainly use an industrial shedder and shred the drives, or we do sometimes use kill disk to wipe the hard drive. DoD 5220.22-M (U.S. Department of Defense standard): Overwrites data 3+ times.
We also have an electric degausser which Uses a strong magnetic field to disrupt the magnetic domains on the drive, effectively erasing all data (works on HDDs, not SSDs).
Either way your data is securely destroyed. You will receive a certification with every hard drive serial number, the date and the method used to destroy. You can also request a method of destruction.

From the moment we collect you can track our vehicle returning back to our head quarters to ensure all data is destroyed, we can offer on site asset reports so you no exactly what has been taken before we load it onto the van. All serial numbers/asset tags are recorded. You will get your own log in on our website to see all your reports.
Yes we can offer on site data destruction, we can use a smaller hard drive crusher which we will bring with us or we can bring our electric degausser to destroy the drives.
Once collected your equipment will come to our secure warehouse and be worked on the same/following day. ( No 2-3 month wait with us ). We have the fastest turn around on getting reports/ certificates back to clients. We also have a zero landfill policy.
